What to include in a support request
To help us help you faster, please include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- Your Cuesheet app version (Settings → About in the app, or look on the App Store).
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- If the app crashed, the time it crashed (we use that to find the right report in Apple's diagnostics if you've opted in to share).
- Screenshots, where they help.
Response times
We aim to reply to every support email within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, Toronto time. Bug reports and crashes are usually triaged the same business day. We are a small team — please be patient if a reply takes a little longer during weekends or holidays.

App Store reviews
If something is wrong, please email us first — we can usually fix problems faster than App Store review threads can. If you've had a great experience, App Store reviews help other instructors find the app.
