Cuesheet v0.17.2

New & improved

• Next Song now works in silent mode. In silent mode (and on the simulator) the class runs on Cuesheet's own clock rather than Apple Music's. Tapping Next Song moved the cues on to the next song, but the header, cue card and timeline strip stayed on the old one, because nothing told that clock about the skip. Next Song now moves the clock to the top of the next song at once, as a scrub already did, so the screen and the cues stay together. The skipped song is still booked as done in the class record. Apple Music playback was not affected.
