The gear lane drops its redundant BASE pill, and the ±5s skip controls now match between run mode and the cue builder.
New & improved
- In run mode the GEAR swim-lane no longer opens with a “BASE” pill next to the first change — it shows only real changes (+10, +20, back-to-base). The anchor still seeds the gear baseline; it just no longer draws a pill.
- The back-5s / forward-5s buttons in the cue builder now use the same 56pt circle and glyph as run mode, so the transport reads as one consistent control set. The icon names and sizes are defined once and shared, so the two can't drift apart again.
